This weekend I went to my good friend Casey's Second Annual Pie Social. Last year I made a strawberry rhubarb pie. Boxed jiffy pie crust, canned strawberry pie filling, and frozen rhubarb made for a decent pie but I thought I'd go big or go home this year
with a packaged Pillsburry pie crust. I made a Browned Butter and Pear pie using this recipe. Tasty!
