float trip

Matt and I went on a float trip Wednesday and Thursday. This was my very first float trip and I can't wait for the next one which probably won't be for another year. The Current River is absolutely beautiful with dinosaur-like Great Blue Herons and even a beaver!

We pulled off on the first day and explored a cave with lush ferns, saw the most amazing sunset, and woke up to mass amounts of fog on the second day. Boy oh boy was it chilly that night.
